Pops was known as "Pops", as that was what he was to all..just there for his family and friends, to help and enjoy all the adventures of his family. That adventure extended into the family of BTW, and his joy in watching and being a part of the growth of their Chapter and to extend what his family already lived in the true meaning of Brotherhood/Sisterhood. This lives on with his beloved Edie, children and Grandchildren, as well as those who had the honor of knowing him.

Proud to be a Nam Vet..its said we were winning when he was there!
Pete was a good man and fiercely loyal to those he cared for. 
His never ending smile will be greatly missed.

He was given the name as its hard to ride in So. Ohio, or even further, without running into a trike that Hank didn't have, trade, sell, work on or know about. You needed parts--you went to see him-if he didn't have it, he knew who might. There are many a member who were introduced into BTW by Hank. Through his long fight with illness, his last trike that we worked on, was not one he was able to take out. He is with those riding, looking down over us." Del - Director, Winged Riders Chapter

Grace Parsons..Feb. 11, 1939 - Aug. 16, 2004 Barb Riffel's sister Grace was very active. She liked to keep an Ohio map with pins so she knew where members lived. She rode a trike until she became disabled with COPD. Barb and Grace hosted the September meetings at their home until Grace passed away
